Profile provides Agreement and non-Agreement hourly rates, and also project pricing which is fixed price Agreement based on specific requirements. A full suite of services is available at no charge for those clients under a Profile Agreement.

Profile Service Agreements are subject to minimum requirements and are not available in all areas. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Billing will occur within 48 hours of a non-Agreement service call, and will be due 10 days after receipt of invoice unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Service Rate Notes:

1 There is a 1 hour minimum charge for on-site service calls. Service covers labor only, any parts required will be the responsibility of the customer. Travel is billed at a flat rate of $55.00 per hour, portal to portal.

Normal service rates apply 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday excluding nationally observed holidays.

3After hours service rates apply when the service call begins outside of our normal coverage times. There is no charge for after hours support calls scheduled by Profile for clients under a support Agreement.

4 Website development is generally done under project pricing. Development rates apply to web research, data gathering, employee interviews and the mechanics required to develop the site.

5Website hosting is provided by Aplus Networks and Power Shift Online services depending upon the specific requirements. There are many plans available.

6 Server co-location allows you to house your server in a secure data-center. Rates include maintenance, daily backups and system management. Rates start at $200.00 per month for a customer provided server. Other plans are available.

7 Profile will provide server computing power as required by your organization at a fraction of the cost of owning and maintaining your own server.

8 On-line backup services are provided by Data Protection Services, Inc.

9 Broadband is provided by G4 Communications of Manchester, NH., the state's premier independent network provider, and a host of other providers including Verizon, Adelphia, Wicked Littleton Wireless and more!
